Inventory
The Inventory module monitors internal and external stock movements in real time (receipts, transfers, consumption, production notes, delivery orders), optimizes stock levels through minimum- and safety-stock alerts, and ensures full traceability based on documents and lots.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Receipts — from suppliers (against orders) or from production (handover notes), with quantity and quality checks; on validation, stock updates automatically and documents (goods-receipt note, invoice, dispatch note) are generated/archived. Partial receipts, rejections and returns.
- Internal movements — transfers between warehouses, moves between locations, reservations for production orders or sales, each with location, date, owner and document.
- Lots and serials — traceability through serials/lots generated at receipt; the lot code can be generated at quoting and tracked through to invoicing.
- Document series — configurable per company or per user (sales, transfers, consumption, receipts, dispatch notes).
- Inventory items — records from purchase and assignment through to disposal.
- Minimum and safety stock — defined per product/location, with email alerts and automatic replenishment requests.
