Payroll / HR

The Payroll & HR module enables complete personnel administration, from employee and contract records through to payroll calculation and tax reporting. It automatically computes gross and net salaries based on timesheets, leave, bonuses, deductions and withholdings.

  • Employee records — identification data, role, department, history of contractual and salary changes; documents (employment contracts, addenda, job descriptions, decisions, certificates) attached via drag & drop, plus configurable custom fields.
  • Timesheets and working time — manual entry or import (Excel / access control), with overtime, shifts and rotations; automatic validations (negative hours, overlaps).
  • Leave — annual and medical, with balances, planning and approvals; medical allowances computed automatically per legislation.
  • Payroll calculation — gross/net with contributions and taxes, payrolls, payslips and summaries.
  • HR documents generated automatically — contracts, addenda, decisions, certificates, from templates filled with record data.

Generation of the D112 declaration (social contributions, income tax, nominal records), auto-filled from the payroll calculation and exportable for electronic submission.

Timesheets (import/manual) + leave → payroll calculation → payrolls and payslips → accounting entries → D112 to ANAF.
