Stock reports
The Stock reports module provides stock records and analysis: warehouse cards updated in real time, turnover reports and tools to optimize replenishment and reduce tied-up capital.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Warehouse card — updated in real time for each product.
- Turnover speed — identify products with high or low movement.
- Aged stock at a given date — analyze stock at a point in time, by age.
- Slow-moving / non-moving products — detect them over a defined period, to inform replenishment decisions.
- Stocktaking — periodic, perpetual or by location, with automatic generation of differences and stock adjustment.
Typical flow
Section titled “Typical flow”Stock movements (from Inventory) → updated warehouse cards → turnover and aged-stock reports → identify non-moving products → replenishment / stocktaking decisions.
